Terms & Conditions:

1. Silence helps in healing. Hence, it is advised to converse in a low tone and avoid using mobile phones or other audio-video devices in public areas.
2. Kindly avoid carrying your valuables with you in the retreat. It is advised to keep them in the digital lockers provided in the rooms.
3. Gamyam by Denissons reserves the right of admission.
4. Room Tariffs below INR. 7499/- is subject to 12% GST and room tariffs above INR 7500/- are subject to 18% GST. Taxes are applicable to change as per government regulations without prior notice.
5. Cheques are not accepted as a mode of payment.
6. Visitors are not permitted in the resort.
7. Storing articles of a combustible or hazardous nature in the guest room is strictly prohibited.
8. For Indian nationals only, all cash payments above INR 49999/- will require a copy of the PAN Card of the guest.
9. Guests may request for change of dates (subject to availability) in case they cannot make it on the committed dates, however, no refund will be processed.
10. Smoking is restricted to dedicated smoking zones. All our rooms are nonsmoking rooms.
11. Management reserves the right to add or amend any of the terms, conditions, and rules.
12. Hygiene and cleanliness are paramount and all measures have been implemented for the safety of our guests and colleagues.
13. It is the responsibility of the guest to provide the GST number and to ensure it features on their invoice prior to departure. The resort will not be responsible if it is not shared prior to check out and no claims regarding this will be entertained at any period.
14. Guests will be responsible for any loss or damage of property caused by them or any person they are responsible for.
15. Credit card information provided for securing the booking will be considered as authorization and any charges will be charged to that card.
16. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Uttara Kannada.
17. Room Service facility is not provided for the Guests staying at Golak, all the meals are to be consumed in the restaurant only.
18. Golak is pet friendly and permitted subject to the animal being a therapy animal or well behaved and the guest takes complete ownership of any untoward incidents or damage caused to the property by the pet. Pets are restricted to the Golak area and not permitted in the resort's main complex/Public areas of Gamyam.
19. Outside food and drinks are strictly not permitted.
20. The resort does not take responsibility or provide accommodation and meals for your chauffeurs.

Cancellation Policy:

1. There will be a 5% charge for any Cancellation made more than 15 days before arrival.
2. Amendments/Cancellation 15 – 07 days before arrival, 50% of the full amount.
3. Amendments/Cancellation 06 – 0 days before arrival, 100% of the full amount.
4. No Show & Early Checkout, 100% full amount.
5. Any cancellations due to the Guest(s) being diagnosed/ suffering from Covid (subject to verification of the Covid report) will be offered credit of stay for a duration of 3 months with only 1 change of date permitted.
