Terms & Conditions at Golak - Presidential Villa by Denissons

1. Reservation and Payment:

  • All reservations are subject to availability.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • Payment methods accepted: credit cards, bank transfers, or other agreed-upon methods.
  • Additional charges such as taxes, service fees, or security deposits may apply.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:
  • Cancellation policies vary based on the booking terms and period.
  • Cancellations made within a specified period may result in a partial or full loss of payment.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the property's refund policy.

3. Check-In and Check-Out:
  • Check-in time is 12 noon, and check-out time is 11 AM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Occupancy and Property Use:
  • The villa accommodates a maximum number of guests as specified in the booking confirmation.
  • Additional guests may be allowed with prior approval and may incur extra charges.
  • The property is for residential purposes only; no commercial or unlawful activities are permitted.

5. Property Care and Damages:
  • Guests are responsible for maintaining the villa in a clean and orderly condition during their stay.
  • Any damages, breakages, or losses caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
  • The property owner or management is not responsible for any injuries or accidents during the stay.

6. House Rules and Conduct:
  • Guests are expected to adhere to the property's rules and regulations.
